Pueblo | Costa Mesa at SOCO


   Last week I shot the Spanish tapas restaurant Pueblo.  And what a little gem of a restaurant this is, located at SOCO, the South Coast Collection of design showrooms and restaurants.  I love the ambiance of this space.  And the food, well, what can I say.  Everything that Chef Michael Campbell prepared was so fresh and tasty.  I felt like I was back in Barcelona.  The dishes in the images above are the Piquillo Relleno, Croquetas de Paella, and the Salmon Ahumado.  I'd suggest a trip over there right away!
