This amazing hotel is Yunak Evleri in Cappadocia. This has to be the most unique and incredible hotel that I have ever stayed in. Originally, this spot, dating back to the 5th and 6th centuries, was many caves carved right into these cliffs. These caves have been restored into beautiful and quite luxurious rooms where the landscape is prominent in every part of this hotel and it's 7 cave houses and 40 rooms.
The staff at the hotel were really wonderful too, so nice and helpful with whatever you needed. The breakfast was quite the feast every morning too. Anything you would want was there and we enjoyed it each morning on a beautiful terrace with great views of Cappadocia.
