After our visit to the Ferrari Museum in Modena ( a must for a certain someone), we stopped at the oldest balsamic vinegar company in Modena. Since 1605, Giuseppe Giusti has been producing the finest balsamic vinegar, cooking the grapes and putting them into different types of wood casks. Some have been aged for over 25 years. The only thing missing was a glass of red and a hunk of parmesan.
